Hewson Real Estate Ltd, part of the Ray White Group, was established in the early 1950's by Mr GB (Don) Hewson, who won international recognition for specialising in coastal and island property.Hewson's continued involvement with the successful marketing and selling of real estate was further strenghtened in the late 1970's when Ian Knox became a partner in the firm. Ian, now owner of the business, conducted the first million dollar sale in the Bay and a significant proportion of properties in this area since. Hewson Real Estate Ltd joined the Ray White network in 1994 and has enjoyed a harmonious and fulfilling relationship with this progressive international group. Our Paihia branch, managed by Ross Robertson, began over 29 years ago and they are now one of the most successful teams in this area.
Our greatest strength is that although part of a large network, our office is locally owned and our systems and focus are specifically tailored to meet the needs of our local community members.
